Templating:
The templating process is critical to achieving functional and beautifully crafted stonework. Cascade Granite is known for its expertise. Using digital technology, we help customers visualize their new custom space to achieve balance, grain match, scale and craftsmanship. Customers may select their stone from the many full-service stone suppliers in the Boise area.
Fabrication:
Upon delivery of the stone slab(s) selected, the digital file of the project is sent to our American-made Park Industries Computer Numerical Control (CNC) 5 Axis robotic saw. This saw allows us to precisely fabricate stone and optimize the unique grain flow and composition of each stone slab which is critical for grain matching and beautiful seams.
Installation:
Once fabrication and polishing is complete, the finished stone pieces are loaded onto our custom-built stone delivery trailer. We utilize the latest stone movement technology to load, deliver, unload and install your stone. We use high-tech seam glue and equipment to ensure minimal seam lines and flush mounting at the site.We are known in the industry for our fast turnaround times from the template stage to installation. We emphasize timely and complete communication with the customer throughout the entire process.
